    TODOME FERO SRL

    At TODOME FERO SRL, we are committed to delivering durable, high-quality products, manufactured with professionalism and in full compliance with industry standards. Whether it's metal structures, carports, gates, or urban furniture, each product undergoes a rigorous manufacturing and quality control process.

    To reinforce the trust our clients place in us, we offer a limited warranty for our products under the conditions detailed below.

    1. Warranty Coverage

    This warranty policy covers manufacturing defects found in products delivered by TODOME FERO SRL, specifically related to:

    • Weld joint failure (cracks or breakage in welded areas)

    • Paint finish deterioration, depending on the type of protective coating (hot-dip galvanized or primer/architectural paint)

    2. Warranty Period

    a. For individual customers:

    • Weld failure: 2 years (24 months) from the delivery date

    • Hot-dip galvanized products (paint finish): 2 years (24 months) from the delivery date

    b. For legal entities (companies/institutions):

    • Weld failure: 1 year (12 months) from the delivery date

    • Hot-dip galvanized products (paint finish): 1 year (12 months) from the delivery date

    ❗ For products coated only with primer and/or architectural paint (non-galvanized), TODOME FERO SRL does not provide a warranty for paint deterioration. After installation, touch-up or repainting is recommended to ensure proper surface protection over time.

    3. Warranty Validity Conditions

    The warranty is valid under the following conditions:

    • The product is used solely for its intended purpose.

    • Installation is carried out correctly, according to the technical instructions provided.

    • No unauthorized repairs or modifications are made to the product.

    • The product is properly maintained (where applicable).

    4. Materials and Compliance

    All materials used in our manufacturing process are sourced from verified suppliers and comply with product standards, according to declarations of conformity provided by manufacturers. TODOME FERO SRL ensures full traceability of these materials throughout the production process.

    Additional Protection Against Corrosion. In order to ensure a longer durability of the products, we offer the possibility to apply a thermal galvanizing treatment. This process contributes significantly to the prevention of corrosion and can be requested at the time of ordering for those products that allow this type of treatment and are not affected by high temperatures during application.

    5. Warranty Exclusions

    The warranty does not cover the following:

    • Normal wear and tear or environmental exposure (acid rain, hail, frost, intense UV radiation, etc.)

    • Damages caused by improper installation (if not performed by Todome or an authorized partner)

    • Corrosion caused by deep scratches, cuts, or unprotected mechanical impact

    • Misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance of the product

    • Alterations or unauthorized interventions on the product

    6. Warranty Claims Procedure

    If a defect is discovered during the warranty period, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Todome's customer support via email or phone.

    2. Provide the following:

      • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)

      • Clear photo(s) of the product and the defect

      • A detailed description of the issue

    3. Our team will assess the case and provide a solution within 5 business days.

    Depending on the situation, we may:

    • Repair the product

    • Replace the defective component

    • Fully replace the product

    • Offer alternative solutions in compliance with applicable law

    7. Final Provisions

    • The product warranty policy of TODOME FERO SRL is in accordance with Romanian consumer protection legislation.

    • We reserve the right to update this warranty policy based on technological, legal, or commercial developments.

    • This warranty does not affect the legal rights of consumers under applicable laws.
